For hard shoes bring leather soled shoes or shoes in which you are able to produce sound. No rubber soled shoes. UNIFORM

All dancers need to wear "Voyage of Irish Dance's" top pieces, e.g. leotard, t-shirt, singlet, hoodie.

Bottom pieces need to be the colour black, e.g. short, skirt, legging.  For technical reasons girls under 18 need to wear poodle socks with above knee length skirt, short, legging. Ladies do not need to wear poodle socks but the leg should be clearly visible, therefore no skirts/dresses which are longer than the knee.  Boys/Men need to wear shorts or pants, but the feet need to be clearly visible. No baggy pants! Poodle socks are available to buy from your Principal.

WATER BOTTLE & SMALL TOWEL

Irish dancing is very energetic, so make sure to bring water and/or some energy drink with you in class. A small towel to wipe away perspiration is also a necessity.
